We can alert you to property foreclosure sales in your preferred States of the USA.
Option 2
You can appoint us to act for you at Auctions, on-line bidding and Private Treaty sales.
Option 3
You can appoint us as your representative to appoint a Property Managing Agent – we will approve tenant selection, and conduct monthly audits of rent being collected and ensure deposit to your nominated Bank account.
Option 4
We can take your instructions in regards to property improvements.
Option 5
We can establish a Company for you for the purpose of limited liability and other tax benefits.
Option 6
We use an experienced USA lawyer with Conveyancing and Company law knowledge
Option 7
We are represented in the USA by a CPA Accountant who is also a USA authorized acceptance agent, who is accredited to complete a full tax service.

We can also visit USA States from our Californian office if required and act for you in regards to property inspections, Auction bidding or Private treaty negotiations, there will be an additional cost involved and this can only be quoted on a case by case basis.
